Held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, this fireworks display colors the summer of Kaminoyama City, known as both a castle town and a hot spring town. From 7:30 PM, fireworks launch one after another into the night sky over Shimin Sogo Undo Hiroba in Keyaki-no-Mori. Looking up at the fireworks from the open ground is a powerful experience. It's a brilliant climax befitting a day spent enjoying a historical stroll through the castle town and the hot spring atmosphere.

Tips

The event is canceled in severe weather (thunderstorms, heavy rain, strong winds), and in that case only the fireworks launch may be carried out the next day, Sunday, July 26. Check whether the event is going ahead beforehand. Leaving the parking lot gets congested after the show, so it's recommended to enjoy the afterglow for a while before heading home.
