Held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, this fireworks festival has long been cherished as a traditional event connected to the local Akiba Shrine. From 8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., about 1,500 fireworks are launched one after another into the night sky. These fireworks, deeply rooted in the local community, express gratitude to Akiba-san, who has long been worshipped as a god of fire prevention. Overlapping with the memories of tatara ironmaking and Yasugi-bushi from earlier in the day, it becomes a special night that brings Yasugi's traditional culture to a close.
