About this spot

A comprehensive park developed in the southern part of Akita City, with a large combined playground featuring slides and bouldering that is popular with children. The park also contains the nationally designated historic site 'Jizoden Site,' allowing visitors to encounter local history while playing. With a lawn area and gazebos, you can spend time fully exercising before heading to Sensha Park or Nakaichi.

Tips

About 5 minutes from Akita Expressway Akita South Interchange. About 20-30 minutes by car to Sensha Park. In summer, water play facilities are available at certain times, so bringing extra clothes is reassuring.

Best time to visit

Takes about 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool morning hours are ideal for playground play.
