About this spot
A highland that serves as a roadside station for Minami-Minowa Village, developed with approximately 150 hectares of flatland forest. On the forest therapy trail with woodchip walkway, you can enjoy forest bathing while walking through stands of red pine and hinoki cypress, and may encounter wildlife such as beetles and squirrels. The direct sales shop offers local vegetables and homemade gelato, allowing you to enjoy Ina Valley's nature different from Minowa Dam and Tenryu River.

2026年7月25日(土)開催、箕輪町の夏を彩るみのわ祭り花火大会です。20時から21時までの1時間、伊那谷の山々に囲まれた会場の夜空に花火が打ち上がります。周囲の山にこだまする花火の音は、信州の山あいならではの迫力があります。もみじ湖や天竜川で自然を満喫した1日の締めくくりにふさわしい花火です。
Tips
荒天時は中止または内容変更の可能性があるため、当日の開催可否は事前に確認しましょう。終了後は周辺道路が混み合うため、少し余韻を楽しんでから帰路につくのがおすすめです。
Tips
Minowa Dam (Momiji Lake) is about 15 minutes by car. Direct sales shop is open 9:30-18:00. A day-use hot spring 'Ooshiba no Yu' is also located here, so it's recommended to visit if you have time.
Best time to visit
About 1 hour 15 minutes. Shade is pleasant in the morning, ideal for strolling.
