A flood control dam in Minowa Town, affectionately known as 'Momiji Lake' because of the beautiful autumn leaves reflected on the surrounding mountainsides. In summer, it's surrounded by fresh greenery and cool mountain breeze, a perfect spot to spend relaxed time gazing at the quiet lake surface. Surrounded by Ina Valley's natural scenery, it's an ideal place for families to spend peaceful time.

2026年7月25日(土)開催、箕輪町の夏を彩るみのわ祭り花火大会です。20時から21時までの1時間、伊那谷の山々に囲まれた会場の夜空に花火が打ち上がります。周囲の山にこだまする花火の音は、信州の山あいならではの迫力があります。もみじ湖や天竜川で自然を満喫した1日の締めくくりにふさわしい花火です。

荒天時は中止または内容変更の可能性があるため、当日の開催可否は事前に確認しましょう。終了後は周辺道路が混み合うため、少し余韻を楽しんでから帰路につくのがおすすめです。

About 15 minutes by car from the venue. The lakeshore has unpaved paths, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Even in summer, it's cool in the mountains, so bringing layers is advisable.

About 1 hour 30 minutes. From morning to noon you can enjoy the crisp air.
