The ruins of Komoro Castle, built on a cliff overlooking the Chikumagawa River, known nationwide as a rare "pit castle." There are many sights including moss-covered stone walls, the main gate, and third gate. The green-filled park is a pleasant place to stroll through. With a zoo and amusement park on the grounds, families with children can enjoy without getting bored. The view of the Chikumagawa River from the cliff is a dynamic landscape unique to this area.

2026年7月25日(土)、御代田町の龍神の杜公園で開催される信州・御代田龍神まつりの花火です。地域に伝わる龍神伝説にちなんだまつりのフィナーレとして、高原の澄んだ夜空に花火が次々と打ち上がり、19時から20時ごろまで会場を彩ります。浅間山麓の歴史散策と城跡めぐりを楽しんだ1日の締めくくりに見上げる花火は、この地ならではの特別な光景です。標高が高いエリアの澄んだ夜空も、花火をいっそう美しく引き立てます。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否はまつりの公式発表で確認しましょう。会場周辺の駐車場には限りがあるため、早めの来場がおすすめです。終了後は帰路の道が混み合うことがあります。

Tips

About 15 minutes by car from Asama Jomon Museum. The park has ups and downs, so comfortable shoes are recommended. In summer, some areas have little shade, so don't forget a hat and hydration.
