This fireworks festival, held from 20:30 on Sunday, July 26, 2026, closes out the JGSDF Zentsuji Camp's summer festival. About 1,000 fireworks color the night sky over Zentsuji during the 30-minute stretch from 20:30 to 21:00. Fireworks launched into the night sky above this temple town, known as the birthplace of Kukai, create the warm atmosphere unique to a community-rooted JGSDF summer festival. It is a fitting close to the day and a moment to become a treasured family summer memory.
