This fireworks display, held in the parking lot of Kasai City Hall, is a summer festival beloved by the local community. On Sunday, August 2, 2026, fireworks will color the night sky for 20 minutes starting at 20:30. Its location close to the city center makes the venue easy to access, and that's one reason families gather here so readily. Looking up at the fireworks from the spacious parking lot in front of City Hall, you can enjoy an open, unobstructed view. Combined with the food stalls and events of the festival itself, it makes for even deeper summer memories of Kasai.

Within walking distance of Hojo-cho Station. On the day, the parking lot fills up with spectators, so if you're coming by car, check information on nearby temporary parking lots in advance. Food stalls will also be set up, so you can pick up snacks on-site.
