A single-car local railway connecting Kasai City's center to Ako Station. Moving slowly through idyllic rural scenery, the train offers a nostalgic and leisurely journey experience quite different from urban trains. Hokuto-cho Station is the terminal station of the Hokuto Railway, with its retro station building also being a notable sight. Several restaurants are scattered around the station area, making it convenient for dinner before the fireworks. 加西市役所の駐車場を会場に開催される、地域に親しまれてきた夏まつりの花火大会です。2026年8月2日(日)20時30分から20分間、約1,000発の花火が夜空を彩ります。市街地に近い立地のため会場へのアクセスがよく、家族連れが集まりやすいのも魅力のひとつです。市役所前の広い駐車場から見上げる花火は、遮るものが少なく開放感のある眺めが楽しめます。まつり本体の屋台やイベントとあわせて楽しめば、加西の夏の思い出がより一層深まります。

Tips

北条町駅から徒歩圏内です。当日は駐車場が観覧客で埋まるため、車で訪れる場合は周辺の臨時駐車場情報を事前に確認しましょう。荒天時は中止や延期となる場合があるため、開催可否は加西市の公式発表を確認してください。屋台も出るので、現地で軽食を調達することもできます。
