A scenic spot along the Kamogawa coast where various sized islands are scattered, named after the landscape of Matsushima. The contrast between the verdant islands and the blue sea is beautiful, offering the magnificent scenery characteristic of Boso. Since you can leisurely view it from the seaside promenade, it's perfect as a light rest spot after playing at the aquarium. Take your time and enjoy the afternoon while feeling the sea breeze.

Tips

It's convenient to move by car from Kamogawa Sea World. There are multiple viewpoints along the road, so try to find an easy place to park. A hat or umbrella is recommended during times of strong sunlight.

Best time to visit

Approximately 45 minutes. The afternoon light makes the green of the islands and blue of the sea stand out vividly.
