Soka has been the premium maker of "Soka senbei" (rice crackers) since the Edo period. Local senbei shops sometimes offer hand-roasting experiences where you can roast your own crackers, enjoying the fragrant aroma and freshly-roasted flavor. The savory soy sauce-glazed aroma rising from freshly-roasted senbei creates an unforgettable memory you can't experience elsewhere. A fun, easy activity for both children and adults.
