Uda City's tourist information center, located south of Kintetsu Haibara Station, opened in 2023 as a station-front community facility. It offers city sightseeing brochures, local specialty goods for sale, electric-assist bicycle rentals, and a rest area. The Haibara area, home to the fireworks venue, has a shopping street spreading out around the station. Gather information here, pick up dinner, and take a break before the show begins.
Tips
About 10 minutes by car from Uta Mikumari Shrine. Shops around the venue get crowded just before the fireworks, so it's best to shop early. It's also reassuring to secure parking early.
Best time to visit
About 2 hours 30 minutes. The time before sunset, as it starts to cool down, is comfortable to spend here.
