2026年8月1日(土)開催、旭橋周辺の立野西庄を会場とする、地域の伝統行事「周防柱松」とともに行われる花火大会です。柱松と呼ばれる火祭りの伝統行事に花火が加わり、川沿いの夜空を彩ります。地域に長く受け継がれてきた行事ならではの厳かな雰囲気と、花火の華やかさをあわせて楽しめる、光市の夏を締めくくる催しです。

荒天時は中止や延期の可能性があるため、当日は光市の公式発表で開催可否を確認を。終了後は周辺道路が混み合うため、時間差での帰宅がおすすめです。

About 10 minutes by car from the Asahi Bridge area. Summer sun is strong, so don't forget a hat and to stay hydrated. The lawn plaza is large enough for children to play freely.
Best time to visit
About 1 hour 30 minutes needed. Morning through early afternoon is a relatively comfortable time to spend.
