About this spot

A roadside station fitting for Toki City, a center of Mino ware (美濃焼) production, with a striking exterior shaped like a giant bowl. Inside, you will find a wide range of pieces from local kilns, from everyday tableware to fine craftwork. It is a great place to see the many faces of Mino ware, including Oribe ware (織部焼), the style that gives the festival its name. Children will love the building's unique shape too.

Tips

About 10 minutes by car from the outlet mall. The interior is air-conditioned, making it a good spot to cool off during the hottest part of a summer day. As there are many breakable items, keep a close eye on young children.
