A farm produce direct-sales stand located in Funakoshi (船越), in the Miyama area of Yamagata City, with both a sales area for fresh local vegetables and specialty products and a place to eat. Just browsing the storefront lined with seasonal produce is enjoyable in itself. Loved locally as a rest stop for drivers, it's the perfect place to stop by at the start of your trip.

Tips

Located along a national highway, so visiting by car is standard. The eatery can get crowded around lunchtime, so shifting your visit slightly earlier or later is also a good idea.
