A walking course along the floodplain of the Yoshii River flowing through the Saidaiji area, with a wide embankment path. Walking leisurely while feeling the river breeze provides relief from summer heat. This spot is familiar to local residents and is a perfect place to rest your body before evening fireworks.

水門町の亀石神社を会場に開かれる、地域に根づいた夏祭りです。境内の夜空に約300発の花火が次々と打ち上がり、大規模な花火大会とはひと味違う、近い距離で見上げる迫力を楽しめます。地元の人々が中心となって続けてきたお祭りならではの、温かく懐かしい雰囲気に包まれる夜です。
Tips
荒天時は中止や順延の可能性があるため、当日は岡山市や神社の公式発表を確認しましょう。会場周辺は道が狭い場所もあるため、早めに到着して場所を確保するのがおすすめです。

About 10 minutes by car from Saidaiji Kannon-in. The embankment has little shade, so a hat or umbrella is recommended.
