These fireworks form the finale of the ‘Ibara Matsuri☆Manten 2026 (Izue Summer Festa)’, held on Saturday, August 1, 2026. The festival runs from 13:30 at the plaza and street in front of Ibara Station, and from 20:00, about 1,000 fireworks shells launch one after another into the night sky from Ibara Sports Park Baseball Stadium. Thanks to the open setting of the baseball stadium, there's little to block the view, letting families watch the fireworks together in a relaxed way.
