This historic park is known as the stage of the Battle of Okehazama, where Oda Nobunaga defeated Imagawa Yoshimoto. The grounds have stone monuments and information boards related to the battle, letting you leisurely stroll with your family while getting a taste of history's romance. Its compact size makes it easy to walk around even with small children in tow. Surrounded by greenery, this quiet park is a perfect place to get close to history while escaping the summer sun.

Tips

About 10 minutes by car from Toyoake City Cultural Hall. Reading the information boards as you walk lets you imagine the battle more vividly. Summer sunlight is strong, so bring a hat and something to drink.

About 1 hour. During hours of strong sunlight, walk while taking breaks in the shade of trees.
