This is 'TSUGA Bon 2026,' held from 5 PM to 8 PM on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the Tsuga Sports Ground. It's a community summer festival where you can enjoy the 49th Citizens' Bon Dance Festival and the 26th Fireworks Display at the same time. The Bon dance, where the circle of dancers grows to the beat of the drums, welcomes families to join in on the spot. As night falls, about 1,000 fireworks launch one after another, coloring the summer night together with the lively Bon dance. It's a fitting finale to a day spent discovering the charms of Tochigi City through the Kura no Machi and its mountain temples.

Tips
