Watch Approximately 20,000 Fireworks—Among the Largest in the Prefecture

About this spot

The 41st Kawakita Festival's climactic Hokuriku Fireworks Kawakita Spectacular, held on August 1, 2026 (Saturday). Against the backdrop of the wide Tedori River banks, approximately 20,000 fireworks—among the largest in the prefecture—will fill the night sky. The spectacle of successive fireworks spreading across the vast sky is truly spectacular, made even more impressive by the open riverside setting. As a community-wide festival, it attracts many families annually and is a popular fireworks display.
