2026年8月1日(土)開催、第41回川北まつりのクライマックスを飾る北國花火川北大会です。手取川の広い河川敷を舞台に、約20,000発という県内でも屈指の規模を誇る花火が夜空を埋め尽くします。次々と打ち上がる花火が広い夜空いっぱいに広がる様子は、開けた河川敷ならではの大迫力です。地域を挙げての祭りとして、毎年多くの家族連れが訪れる人気の花火大会です。
Tips
荒天時は中止・順延となる場合があるため、当日の開催可否は主催の発表で確認を。終了後は周辺道路が大変混雑するため、時間差での帰宅がおすすめです。足元が暗いので懐中電灯があると安心です。

It's approximately 15 minutes by car from Kawakita Town Comprehensive Sports Park. Given the scale of this major fireworks festival, it's safe to get your food early. Arriving early to secure your spot is recommended.
