This plaza in front of Suzu City Hall (珠洲市役所) features the city's only foot bath. The main hall displays dolls and photos from the Iida-machi Toronyama Festival (飯田町燈籠山祭り), along with information about the Kiriko festivals held throughout the city, offering a glimpse into Noto's (能登) festival culture. The main hall, its covered walkway, and the plaza also serve as a community gathering space used for events. Take a moment to rest your feet and catch your breath before tonight's Kiriko Festival and fireworks display.

It's within driving distance from Michi-no-Eki Suzunari (道の駅すずなり). Traffic restrictions may be in place during the festival period, so keep an eye on road conditions on the day.
