A park developed on the site where the Sanada clan is said to have established their main residence, with parts of the original earthen ramparts and moats still remaining. Walking through this quiet park surrounded by greenery allows you to imagine the life of the Sanada clan, who became famous as daimyo during the Sengoku period. Walking with knowledge gained from the history museum makes the experience even more meaningful.

2026年8月1日(土)開催、真田氏発祥の地・真田町で行われる真田まつり2026 夏の陣を締めくくる「真田三代花火」です。真田運動公園グラウンド周辺の夜空に約1,000発の花火が打ち上がり、戦国の世を駆け抜けた真田幸隆・昌幸・幸村の三代に思いを馳せながら夜空を見上げられます。周囲を山々に囲まれた会場ならではの、花火の音が響き渡る迫力も魅力です。
Tips
荒天時は中止や延期の可能性があるため、当日は上田市の公式発表で開催可否を確認を。終了後は駐車場や周辺道路が混み合うため、時間差での帰宅がおすすめです。山あいの夜は涼しくなるため羽織ものを忘れずに。

Best time to visit
