荒天時の開催可否は沼津市の公式発表および大会公式情報で確認してください。終了後はJR沼津駅・伊豆箱根鉄道沼津駅周辺が大変混み合います。終了直後は河川敷で少し時間をおいてから移動すると混雑を緩和できます。帰りの電車・バスの時刻は事前に調べ、乗り遅れに注意しましょう。足元が暗くなるため、スマートフォンのライト機能を活用してください。

About 15 minutes by car from Senbon-hama Park, or about 15 minutes on foot from Numazu Station. Traffic restrictions are enforced around the riverbed on the festival day, so using public transportation is convenient. Arriving by 5 PM secures a relatively good spot. Prepare plenty of coins for cash payments at stalls.
Best time to visit
Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes required. The riverbanks around sunset are particularly pleasant for cool evening enjoyment.
