This local festival, now with 30 editions of history, is held on the stage of the Toshibetsu River riverbank in Honbetsu Town. From 7:30 PM, about 5,000 to 6,000 fireworks color East Tokachi's night sky, wrapping the whole town in a warm atmosphere that feels like a celebration of the harvest season. It's a fireworks festival with the warmth unique to a celebration deeply rooted in the local community.
