About this spot

A commercial facility located right by the east exit of Iwatsuki Station. Made up of an East Building and a West Building, it houses a supermarket, restaurants, fashion shops, general goods stores, beauty salons, and clinics in a community-oriented layout. The West Building houses Saitama City's Iwatsuki Station East Exit Community Center, which also has meeting rooms, a mini-hall, and music studios. Since you can take care of shopping and resting all in one place, it's a convenient stop for exploring the “Town of Dolls” or before heading to the fireworks festival.

Tips

Right by Iwatsuki Station on the Tobu Urban Park Line. Many doll shops welcome browsers even without a purchase, but they can get busy during peak seasons, so it's polite to greet the staff before looking around. The area gets crowded from evening onward on the day of the fireworks festival, so it's a good idea to enjoy it during the day.

Best time to visit

About 1 hour. Midday tends to be relatively calm for browsing.
