Once you've spread out your leisure sheet and secured a spot, have dinner with food-stall snacks or a packed lunch you brought. Watching the sun set into the mountain-ringed basin and the sky's colors shift moment by moment is a calm, uniquely Ajimu experience.

Tips

You can move here on foot or by car straight from your walk along the Fukami River. Roads in the area get congested on the day of the fireworks display, so arriving early is recommended. It's a good idea to buy food and drinks in advance at Ajimu Budoshu Kobo Winery and elsewhere.
