This multi-purpose cultural facility is beloved as a symbol of Oyabe City, marked by its striking white observation tower. From the observation room you can take in a panoramic view of the Tonami Plain's rural scenery and surrounding mountains, with a refreshing vista on clear days. The grounds also include a plaza and a hall, making it an open, welcoming spot for families to start the day.

Tips

About 10 minutes by car from Isurugi Station. Entry to the observation tower can get crowded at certain times of day, so an early morning visit is recommended. It gets hot outdoors in summer, so remember to stay hydrated.

About 1 hour 30 minutes needed. The clear morning air lets you see far into the distance.
