This roadside station sits along National Route 343, at the foot of Fujibashi Bridge over the Kitakami River. The exchange hall 'Flor' (フロール) has a local produce corner, a rest area, an information corner, and a restaurant, so you can shop for local farm products and specialty goods while taking a driving break all in one stop. You can also enjoy the specialty sesame soft-serve ice cream here. You can head down from the roadside station to the banks of the Kitakami River for a stroll, making it a good spot to scope things out and fuel up ahead of the evening fireworks.
