A park offering a panoramic view of the rare terrain unique to the Miyoshi Basin, where three rivers — the Gonokawa (江の川), Saijogawa (西城川), and Bassenkawa (馬洗川) — converge. Also known as a cherry-blossom spot, it is beloved by locals throughout the year. The view from the observation point is one of the highlights of sightseeing in Miyoshi, and it looks especially beautiful in the crisp autumn air. Check the direction the fireworks will launch from tonight while enjoying the grand basin scenery.
Tips
About 5 minutes by car from the Miyoshi Mononoke Museum (三次もののけミュージアム). The park has some slopes, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended. It's a short walk to the observation deck, so remember to stay hydrated.
Best time to visit
About 1 hour. The clear afternoon air makes it easier to enjoy the view
