About this spot

A roadside station at the gateway to Hitoyoshi, lined with local produce, Kuma shochu, and many specialty products unique to the Kuma region. Its size makes it just right for resting your feet after touring the castle ruins, and the light-meal corner lets you satisfy a small appetite. Take your time in the afternoon browsing for souvenirs before the fireworks.

Tips

A few minutes by car from Hitoyoshi Castle Ruins. It can get crowded during summer vacation, so an early visit is recommended. Next, drive to Kajiyamachi-dori for dinner.
