This hot spring inn facility sits on the seaside of Happo Town, facing the Sea of Japan, and is a popular spot for enjoying seafood dishes featuring the local specialty hatahata (ハタハタ, sailfin sandfish), along with local products. The shop carries local seafood, vegetables, and sweets, making it a perfect stop for the first shopping of your trip. The building also has an attached hot spring facility, letting you catch your breath partway through your journey. With its location overlooking the sea, you can get an early taste of the atmosphere of Hachimori Nakahama Beach, where you'll be heading next.

Tips

Located along National Route 101, making it convenient to stop by car. On the day of the fireworks festival, it gets crowded toward evening, so it's recommended to have lunch and do your shopping earlier in the day. If you plan to use the hot spring, allow yourself plenty of time.

Best time to visit

About 1 hour 15 minutes. Right after opening through early afternoon is an easy time to choose from the seafood lunch menu.
