荒天時は中止・順延となる場合があるため、当日の開催可否は主催者の発表で確認しましょう。終了後は周辺道路が混雑するため、少し余韻を楽しんでからの帰宅がおすすめです。10月末の夜はかなり冷え込むので、しっかりした防寒対策を。

On the evening of the fireworks festival, surrounding roads become congested. It's recommended to get food early, before the stalls get crowded. Late October nights are quite cold, so prepare warm clothing.
