The 73rd edition of Shisa Town's summer tradition, held Saturday, August 15, 2026. Approximately 1,000 fireworks launch from the lower reaches of the Shisa River, and together with the light reflected on the river's surface, you can enjoy a warm atmosphere characteristic of a community summer festival. While not large-scale, the spectacular impact of fireworks viewed up close from the riverside is extraordinary. A moment worthy of bringing Matsuura's summer to a close, enjoyed together with local people.
