At the venue, Hakucho Fureai Plaza on the Hirakawa riverbank (平川河畔・白鳥ふれあい広場) in Fujisaki Town, fireworks launch following a lantern float, coloring the wide-open night sky over the Tsugaru Plain. This spot, known in winter as a stopover for swans, becomes a special night in summer, bustling with families looking up at the fireworks.
