Approximately 3,000 fireworks are launched from the Hirakawa Riverside White Swan Interaction Plaza, coloring the open night sky spreading across the Tsugaru Plain. At this location, known as a white swan migration site in winter, summer brings a special evening bustling with families watching fireworks. A fitting finale after spending a full day touring the history and nature of Hirakawa City.
