On the day of the summer festival, it's also a popular spot for families who want to avoid the hottest hours by spending time indoors. Having lunch here too lets you start your afternoon stroll smoothly.

Tips

Within walking or bus distance of JR Iwata Station. The parking lot gets crowded on summer-vacation weekends, so using public transportation is also recommended. The building is large, so it's reassuring to decide on a meeting spot in advance.
