The open plaza and glass-fronted buildings house cafes and shops, making it a comfortable starting point for exploring the area. On the fireworks festival day, crowds increase significantly from the evening onward, so it's recommended to take a leisurely stroll through the station area during the daytime. Checking at the tourism information desk inside the facility for directions to Shuraku-en Park and Oike Park will make your later travel smoother.
