苫小牧を代表する夏の祭典「とまこまい港まつり」の会場です。2026年は8月7日から9日までの3日間開催され、中央公園とキラキラ公園を舞台に太鼓の演奏やパレードなど、港町らしい活気あふれる催しが繰り広げられます。会場には屋台も並び、夕方から夜にかけて家族連れでにぎわうのが毎年の光景です。港とともに発展してきたまちの1年を締めくくる夏の一大イベントを、初日の空気とともに体感できます。
