苫小牧を代表する夏の祭典「とまこまい港まつり」の会場です。2026年は8月7日から9日までの3日間開催され、中央公園とキラキラ公園を舞台に太鼓の演奏やパレードなど、港町らしい活気あふれる催しが繰り広げられます。会場には屋台も並び、夕方から夜にかけて家族連れでにぎわうのが毎年の光景です。港とともに発展してきたまちの1年を締めくくる夏の一大イベントを、初日の空気とともに体感できます。

Tips

祭り期間中は会場周辺の交通規制や駐車場の混雑が予想されるため、公共交通機関の利用や早めの到着がおすすめです。屋台での買い物に備えて小銭を用意しておきましょう。夜は海からの風で肌寒くなることがあるので、羽織ものがあると安心です。
