The central library of Tomakomai, located inside Idemitsu Culture Park (出光カルチャーパーク). The children's corner is well stocked, with shelves at a child's height so they can choose for themselves. It is a quiet, air-conditioned space, so it works well as a place to catch your breath at the end of the morning. With the water play area just outside, switching between calm and active takes only a few minutes of walking, something unique to this park.
