旭市の中心・旭中央商店街を舞台に開かれる「旭市七夕市民まつり」の会場です。2026年は8月6日から7日までの2日間開催され、商店街には大小さまざまな七夕飾りが並ぶとともに屋台も出店し、多くの人でにぎわいます。地域が一体となって作り上げる市民まつりならではの温かい雰囲気の中、夕方から夜にかけて商店街全体が祭りの熱気に包まれます。展望台や史跡めぐりで過ごした1日の締めくくりに、家族で夏祭りの賑わいを楽しみましょう。
