The venue area becomes very crowded from evening onward, so move slowly with the flow of people along Ogaki Station Street and the Sumon River. Prepare plenty of small change for purchases at food stalls.

Best time to visit

From 5 PM opening onward. After sunset, when lanterns are lit around 6 PM onward, the festival atmosphere is at its most enchanting.
