In 2026, it runs four consecutive nights from August 13-16 (August 13-15 at Shiraishi Community Center; August 16 at Shiraishi Island Beach), characterized by graceful, leisurely movements to drums and chants. Dancers create overlapping circles, and the sight of people dancing all night under moonlight and lantern glow—the entire island unified as a summer tradition—is unforgettable. Rather than just watching, mimicking the hand movements from the circle's edge and joining the dance is recommended.
