About this spot

This shopping area spreads out in front of JR Ichinoseki Station, with the station building and nearby restaurants offering a wide range of choices, from local cuisine to family-friendly diners. During the summer festival, more people flow from the station toward the Omachi-area venue, and by evening a festival atmosphere begins to spread across the whole town. Since the venue is within walking distance, it's convenient to fuel up here before heading over on foot.

Tips

The area around the venue gets crowded after dark, so it's a good idea to finish dinner by around 4:00 PM. Be sure to use the restroom beforehand too.

About 50 minutes. Before evening is when seats are easiest to find
