今治市玉川町の玉川総合公園運動場で毎年開かれる、地域ぐるみの夏祭りです。2026年は8月14日(金)の開催で、時間は当日の案内で確認するのが確実ですが、例年は夕方から夜にかけてやぐらを囲んだ盆踊りが行われ、地元の人たちが浴衣姿で輪になって踊ります。山あいの涼しい夜風の中、提灯の灯りとお囃子の音が広場を包み込み、家族連れも気軽に輪に加わって楽しめる雰囲気が魅力です。屋台の出店については当日の状況によって変わるため、事前に道の駅などで軽い食事や飲み物を済ませておくと安心して夜のひとときを過ごせます。地域に根ざした素朴な夏祭りだからこその、あたたかな一体感を味わってください。
Tips
運動場周辺は駐車スペースが限られるため、早めの到着がおすすめです。夜は山あいのため気温が下がりやすく、羽織るものがあると安心です。飲食の出店内容は年によって変わることがあるため、念のため飲み物や軽食を持参しておくと安心です。
