金属加工の町として発展してきた三条市で毎年夏に開かれる三条夏まつりは、2026年は7月31日(金)・8月1日(土)の開催で、その初日を訪れます。本町通りには夜店が軒を連ね、地元の人々でにぎわう活気ある通りが広がります。五十嵐川の河川敷では花火が打ち上げられ、川面に映る光の景色は多くの人を魅了します。ものづくりの町ならではの、地域に根ざした温かみのある夏祭りの夜を、家族でゆっくり楽しみましょう。
Tips
会場周辺は花火観覧の時間帯に多くの人が集まるため、よい場所で見たい場合は早めの場所取りがおすすめです。周辺は交通規制がかかることがあるため、公共交通機関や徒歩でのアクセスが安心です。河川敷は夕方以降に虫が増えることがあるため、虫よけがあると快適です。
Tips
On the festival day, it gets crowded from evening onwards, so arriving early is recommended. Many shops accept cash primarily, so prepare coins. If you plan to move to the riverbank for fireworks viewing, allow extra time for travel.
Best time to visit
Takes approximately 50 minutes. It's smooth if you finish before 5 PM to move to the venue.
