The 2026 Osaki New City Bon Odori Festival takes place for two days (August 21-22) at the plaza of the Osaki complex office facility. The office plaza normally filled with business people transforms in the evening, illuminated by lanterns and bustling with families in yukata and locals gathering for the bon odori. On the first day, the 21st, enjoy the unique summer night of Osaki as the culmination of a day spent visiting the aquarium and shopping streets.

Tips
The venue area becomes crowded after evening. Access is excellent, just minutes on foot from JR Osaki Station. With limited dining options in the office district after the festival, it's wise to have dinner beforehand.

From 5 PM opening. From 6 PM onwards after sunset when lanterns are lit is the most lively time.
