With luck, you might spot anglers or feel the cool breeze crossing the water. This is where you can tangibly feel the bounty of the Naka River that has nurtured the region's festivals, including the Yamaage Festival and Tenjin Festival.
Tips
About 10 minutes by car from Yamaage Hall. Some sections have limited shade, so a hat or parasol is recommended during times of strong sunlight. Be careful of your footing when approaching the riverbank.

Approximately 40 minutes. As evening approaches, the riverside breeze becomes particularly pleasant.
