那須烏山市三箇の松原寺境内で受け継がれてきた、地域に根づいた夏の伝統行事です。2026年は8月30日に開催予定。境内には五穀豊穣や無病息災の願いが込められた色鮮やかな造り物や飾りが立てられ、ちょうちんの明かりに照らされる夜の境内は、都市部の大きな祭りとはひと味違う、里山ならではの素朴で温かい雰囲気に包まれます。地元の人々が大切に守り続けてきた行事に触れる、家族での特別な夜になるはずです。
Tips
松原寺周辺は道幅が狭い箇所があるため、駐車場の案内に従ってゆっくり運転しましょう。開催時間は年により変動することがあるため、当日は地域の掲示や案内を確認するのが確実です。夜は虫が多くなるため、虫よけ対策をお忘れなく。

About 10 minutes by car from Yamaage Hall. Some sections have limited shade, so a hat or parasol is recommended during times of strong sunlight. Be careful of your footing when approaching the riverbank.
Best time to visit
Approximately 40 minutes. As evening approaches, the riverside breeze becomes particularly pleasant.
