Kasuga Town's symbolic mountain with its distinctive form shaped by limestone quarrying

About this spot

A mountain comprising three peaks—First Peak, Second Peak, and Third Peak—often called the symbol of Kasuga Town. With a long history of limestone quarrying, some of the peaks have taken on distinctive shapes through excavation. The sight of the mountains rising above the rural landscape leaves a lasting impression as a unique landscape woven together by regional industry and nature. Begin your day in Kasuga Town style by enjoying the view of the mountains floating in the rural scenery.
