祭り当日は本町通り周辺が交通規制となり、混雑が予想されます。公共交通機関や徒歩での来訪が安心です。日中から夕方にかけての開催のため、日差しと暑さ対策を忘れずに。終了予定時刻は年により変動することがあるため、当日の案内を確認しましょう。

It's convenient to drive from Hitachi Seaside Park. The approach path has stairs, so wear comfortable walking shoes. Admission is free.
